When contacting JMDG, we discuss your project including the site address, proposed works, approximate m², and most importantly your budget. From this we further investigate local council searches and provide you with an accurate design quotation.
Understanding your lifestyle, priorities, and preferences is our priority, and forms the detailed design brief that will govern the entire process. JMBD achieves this through a scheduled meeting with specific questions and discussion.
A picture tells a thousand words, and so based on your brief we design a concept that incorporates both 3D perspectives and floor plan layout.
Our Project Management Services
allow you to choose the level of assistance that you need; everything from engaging us to create a stunning Sketch Design for your project right through to overseeing the entire building process and every step in between. We understand the value of each design and provide opportunity for 2 design developments. After making any changes we receive your approval and provide a 3D building walk-around for your perusal.
